Not every site needs replacing. Often the design is fine and something underneath has gone wrong: a form that stopped sending, a price that doesn't match checkout, emails that never arrive, or pages nobody has touched in years.

I find what's broken, fix it and tell you what I did, in plain words. You only pay for the time it takes, and for anything bigger you get a fixed quote before I start.

$40 an hour, for the time the work takes. For a bigger job you get a fixed quote first, so the price is known before I start.

Usually, or an invite to your site as an editor, which most platforms offer and you can remove whenever you like.

When fixing costs more than it saves: a site that is slow, hard to edit and broken in several places at once. I will tell you honestly which side of that line yours is on.
