Free hosting applies to custom sites I build and deploy. If your site lives on a platform like Squarespace, Wix, or Shopify, it stays hosted there on that platform's own plan.

Landing Pages typically go live within a week. Business Websites usually take two to three weeks. Custom applications are scoped individually, so the timeline comes with the quote. In every case the biggest variable is feedback speed — the faster you review, the faster we ship.

No — I work remotely with clients across BC and beyond. Most projects are handled entirely over email and video calls. Being local is a bonus, not a requirement.

Yes. If your project includes a CMS, you'll be able to edit content, add pages, and update photos without touching code. I record a walkthrough video at handoff so you're never left guessing.

Every project includes a 30-day warranty covering bugs and anything that doesn't match what we agreed on. Beyond that, just reach out — I quote one-off updates at a flat rate, so you only pay when you actually need something changed.

25% deposit upfront to book your spot, 75% on launch day. I'll send a proper invoice — no surprises. There are no monthly fees after that; hosting is on me and any future updates are quoted one-off.
