You still have everything. The domain is already in your name, and the code and hosting move straight to you. Your site doesn't depend on me to keep running.
After the first month, most changes you can make yourself in the dashboard, and anything bigger I quote one-off at a flat rate. Free hosting covers sites I build; a site on Squarespace, Wix or Shopify stays on that platform's own plan. A very photo-heavy site, like a large shop, can need a $10/month image plan for the dashboard, and if yours would, you'll know before the build starts.

Usually within a week, nothing to prepare, no obligation. If you love the direction, sites start at $750 and the preview becomes the foundation of the real build.
Landing Pages typically go live within a week. Business Websites usually take two to three weeks. Custom applications are scoped individually, so the timeline comes with the quote. In every case the biggest variable is feedback speed — the faster you review, the faster we ship.

No — I work remotely with clients across BC and beyond. Most projects are handled entirely over email and video calls. Being local is a bonus, not a requirement.
