The challenge
Maid in Victoria had an existing site, but it wasn’t doing the job. The design felt dated, the mobile experience was rough, and the booking flow had enough friction that potential customers were dropping off before making contact. Amanda needed a site that matched the professional quality of her service and made it easy for new customers to book with confidence.
What I built
The rebuild focused on two things: trust signals and a smooth path to booking. The new design leads with clear service descriptions and transparent pricing, because cleaning customers want to know exactly what they’re getting before they pick up the phone.
I added a structured booking flow with service type selection, and made the contact options prominent across every page so there’s never a moment where a customer is left wondering what to do next. The photography from Amanda’s team was art-directed into the layout rather than dropped in as decoration, giving the site a sense of the real business behind it.
The site is fully responsive with performance tuned for mobile, where most of her traffic comes from.
The result
Amanda now has a site that builds trust before a customer ever calls. The updated design and clearer booking path have contributed to stronger conversion from organic search and Google Business Profile traffic.
